Talking about the DAAD scholarships, this scholarship body applies only to Master’s degree applications.

However, if you’re seeking for admission into the bachelor’s degree program; you’ll have to complete 1 year of bachelor’s level courses in your country or catch up at the German Studienkolleg college.

Because of this, only 2nd or 3rd-year bachelor’s students can apply for a  scholarship. So,  to apply for the master’s degree program in DAAD, you must have a bachelor’s degree.

France

Applying for a scholarship in France is a good thing for students. Almost all the educational programs in France are free. However, it means that you should gather all your documents, and write your motivations and other scholarship requirements.

It includes getting your recommendation letters ready for covering all your expenses.

Interestingly, the scholarship is very generous and covers tuition and accommodation fees fully. Also, it gives a monthly allowance of $317 to $571 USD per month. However, the amount you receive depends on the scientific degree you are studying.

Besides this, some grants and universities cover free accommodation and provide for up to 75% of tuition.

One thing you won’t like about this is that you may not be able to get a job in china if you graduate. Sorry to hear this, but it’s because of Chinese laws that only grant work visas to top people that have 2 years of work experience.

If you want to work in China, you’ll either get two years of work experience before you enter the University. This means that you’ll have to work a while with your bachelor’s degree before going to china. Or you’ll return to your country after 2 years of studying in china.
